Below, you will find answers to some of the most common questions about our bartending services, booking process, alcohol requirements, event setup, and what to expect when working with Cocktail Cuties.

WHAT SERVICES DOES COCKTAIL CUTIES PROVIDE?

Cocktail Cuties provides professional mobile bartending services for a variety of events, including weddings, birthday parties, private celebrations, corporate events, holiday parties, and more. Depending on your package, services may include bartenders, drink service, bar setup guidance, mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, and other bar essentials needed to help your event run smoothly.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK MY EVENT?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, holiday events, and peak celebration seasons. Many clients reserve their date weeks or even months in advance. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our calendar, so it is always worth reaching out to check availability.

We provide bartending services for a wide range of events, including:

DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?

That’s totally up to you! In most cases, the client provides the alcohol. But we can facilitate purchasing liquor on your behalf. We are also happy to guide you on what to purchase and how much to buy based on your guest count, event length, and drink menu. Our goal is to make the process simple and stress-free so you feel prepared before your event.

HOW MANY BARTENDERS SHOULD I GET FOR MY EVENT?

The number of bartenders you may need for your event will vary depending on the complexity of the event.   We typically suggest one (1) bartender for every 125 guests.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HIRE A MOBILE BARTENDER?

Pricing depends on several factors, including your guest count, event duration, location, number of bartenders needed, and the level of service you choose. Because every event is different, we provide custom quotes based on your needs. Contact us for personalized pricing, and we will help you find the best option for your event.

DO YOU CARRY INSURANCE IF MY VENUE REQUIRES IT?

Yes, Cocktail Cuties carries insurance. If your venue requires proof of insurance for bartending services, please let us know during the booking process so we can discuss the requirements and provide the necessary documentation if applicable.

CAN YOU HELP WITH A CUSTOM COCKTAIL MENU?

Yes. We can help you create a custom cocktail menu that fits your theme, style, and guest preferences. Signature drinks are a great way to add personality to weddings, private parties, and corporate events. Whether you want something elegant, fun, trendy, or themed, we can help bring your vision to life.

DO YOU TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT VENUES?

Yes, Cocktail Cuties is a mobile bartending company, so we travel to event venues, private homes, outdoor spaces, and approved event locations. Travel outside our standard service area may include an additional fee. If you have questions about your location, contact us, and we will let you know if your venue is within our service range.

WHAT IS YOUR HOURLY MINIMUM?

There is a 4-hour minimum for all events.  We require 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for clean up and breakdown.  If your event requires 4 hours of service, you will be charged for 5 hours.

WHAT ABOUT CUPS, GARNISHES AND MIXERS?

We provide cups, lemons, limes, cherries, and standard mixers such as Juices, Sweet and Sour, and Margarita Mix, we ensure that we have all the essentials to craft the perfect cocktail.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Once your event is finalized and booked we require an $80 non-refundable deposit to secure your event date and time. The deposit is subtracted from your event balance.

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED?

Gratuity is not included in your quote.  During the contract phase, we will ask if a tip jar can be present at the bar.  If the answer is yes, no gratuity will be added to your final invoice. If the client doesn’t want a tip jar at the bar, gratuity in the amount of 35% of the total of the invoice will be required.
